The reorganization focused on balancing work and relaxation based on individual working conditions and lifestyles based on hybrid work, which combines remote work based on office work. It will be implemented on August 1 and will be applied to NHN Payco, which operates NHN and simple payment ‘Payco’ service.
First of all, the existing core time system, which was operated at 11:00 to 16:00, is abolished. It is a measure to increase the freedom of working freedom in a situation where the cooperation system is advanced.
The purple time system, which freely adjusts working hours, is also more flexible, allowing you to set your work time freely according to your own conditions without limiting the minimum working hours between 6 am and 10 pm.
An off-day will also be established where you can design your own rest. If you have a lot of work or concentrate in the monthly working hours, you will be more immersed in working and have a good work schedule or not in good condition. For example, if you plan for a four-day work per week, you can designate it as an off-day.
At the same time, the remote work system is also carried out in parallel, and every Friday, we operate the ‘MyOpice’ system where you can work anywhere you want.
